What’s Covered in the Course?

Marketing Concepts & Theories

One of the first modules covered in the course will help your Marketing Managers build on your current understanding and application of marketing theories and concepts within their role. Some of the key areas include brand perception, customer relationship management and budgeting methodologies.

Service & Delivery Improvement

Marketing Managers should always look for new avenues to improve their service and how it’s delivered. This module will delve into the different tools and marketing activities you could potentially implement within your business to take your marketing services to the next level.

Product & Service Development

The design and delivery of products and services are crucial aspects of marketing success. In this module, we'll look at portfolio management techniques and how Marketing Managers can develop critical strategies to help them along the way.

Marketing Strategy

This module will help Marketing Managers expand their current knowledge of developing marketing strategies. We'll cover everything their is to know from effectively linking a strategy to overall business goals and making sure they know how to constantly implement fresh and innovative ideas.

Planning & Analysing

Every strategy starts with a great plan, and to plan effectively, you need to analyse previous campaigns to establish what's worked and what hasn't. This module is focused on the skills required to effectively evaluate past marketing activities, using measurement data and analytics to aid your marketing managers in their decision making.

Branding

Over the course of two modules we encourage learners look internally at your brand covering brand guidelines, tone of voice and message architecture to establish what you want your brand to be and say. Then we look externally investigating what the world is saying about your brand through social listening - does the messages match up?
