A strong foundation in marketing principles, and the ability to apply them in daily work, is essential for both career growth and business success. This module provides your team with a solid understanding of key marketing theories and how they work in practice, teaching them the skills to ensure they can make informed decisions that benefit your business.
A successful marketing team needs a clear strategy to achieve its goals. This module teaches your staff how to think strategically, develop effective marketing plans, and execute them with confidence. By mastering these skills, they’ll be able to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive long-term success.
Your employee will develop a strong understanding of campaign planning, management, and execution, along with the tools and techniques used to create effective marketing campaigns. They’ll also learn how to collect and analyse campaign data to refine strategies and improve performance.
This module introduces your employee offline and digital content marketing techniques, teaching them how to write persuasive copy that aligns with your brand and resonates with your audience. They’ll be introduced to key content creation tools, helping them produce impactful marketing materials with confidence.
Beyond the core modules, learners will gain insights from industry professionals through four additional expert-led workshops in key marketing areas:

Learners are on programme for 14 months, followed by an End Point Assessment (EPA) period with learners continuously applying their skills directly within your business.
All learners will receive full access to our innovative learning platform and supplied with 100’s of additional courses — free of charge. This is a great chance to supercharge their learning.
Our experts will be there to support throughout the course and every learner receives monthly two-hour consultancy sessions with their personal marketing expert. Plus, our team is always just an email away for additional guidance and support.
Included as part of the Level 3 Apprenticeship, your staff will also have the opportunity to complete Google and HubSpot Certifications
With the government funding 95% of the Apprenticeship, pricing starts at just £550 for non-levy paying employers.
It’s designed for employees who are new to marketing or anyone who is working in a role involving marketing activities including social media, content creation, or digital campaigns.
They’ll learn to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using a combination of digital and traditional marketing techniques to improve lead generation, and develop skills their skills in areas such as SEO, content marketing, social media, analytics, and paid advertising. There are also workshops covering the LinkedIn and AI.
Your employee will be able to create and manage marketing campaigns that drive real business growth, reducing reliance on expensive agencies or consultants.
Unlike a new hire, an apprentice already understands your business. Training an existing employee means they develop skills tailored to your company’s needs.
They’ll earn a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, plus optional Google and HubSpot certifications.
Employees can move into more senior marketing roles, or progress to further training, such as a Level 4 marketing apprenticeship.
Yes, they’ll gain a broad skill set but can focus on areas like paid advertising, content marketing, or analytics, depending on your business needs.
