The Level 3 Business Skills for Emerging Leaders combines a business admin apprenticeshi with a CMI Leadership Programme. Ideal for new recruits, developing professionals and employees taking on greater responsibility, the programme combines practical business, leadership and management skills with the opportunity to achieve Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

10 months of training followed by an End Point Assessment (EPA)
Learners will be invited to take part in a number of CMI masterclasses to help them further develop their leadership skills

Alongside achieving the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, learners also achieve fCMgr status through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), recognising their professional development and leadership potential.
With the government funding 95% of the Apprenticeship, pricing starts at just £300 for non-levy paying employers.

The programme is ideal for individuals who are ready to take on greater responsibility, develop new skills and prepare for future supervisory or management opportunities, while continuing to contribute to the business.
Learners develop a broad range of practical business, leadership and management skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace. These include communication, problem-solving, project coordination, decision-making, time management, organisation, influencing others, continuous improvement, digital and AI skills, and the confidence to take on greater responsibility and prepare for future leadership roles.
On successful completion, learners will achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. They will also complete the CMI Aspiring Leaders Programme, gaining Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status and professional recognition from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
At the end of the programme, the apprentice completes their end-point assessment (EPA). Once successfully completed, they receive their qualification certificate and will have developed practical skills that can be applied immediately in their role.
